Conference and Meetings at Thornhurst Manor

With quick and easy access to the M62, Thornhurst Manor is an ideal conference venue for the Yorkshire Area.

We have two conference rooms available that can be hired on a half day or full day basis:

  • Half day hire £50.00+VAT
  • Full day hire  £80.00+VAT

Downstairs Function Room

 The Lawn Suite is completely self contained with patio doors leading to a grassed lawn and patio area overlooking our Golf Course, should your delegates wish to stretch their legs during their coffee or lunch break.  The room is equipped with an interactive smart board and projector for presenters to ‘plug-in and play’ their presentations, along with Wi-Fi for internet connection.  Flipchart and marker pens are also provided.  

Seating capacity:

  • Theatre style: 100
  • Boardroom: 20 – 30
  • Workshop: 90 (round tables seating up to 10 people are available for workshop layout).

Upstairs Function Room

The Manor Suite situated on the first floor has its own bar facility and toilets.  For your comfort and convenience, this room is also air conditioned.

Please note, this room does feature a pull down screen but does not have a projector.  A flipchart and marker pens are provided.

  • Boardroom: 20 – 30
  • Workshop: 80 (round tables seating up to 8 people are available for workshop layout).
 

Whichever conference suite you choose, we offer additional flexibility with a choice of catering options:

Buffet Lunch:
Served within your Suite we offer something for everyone within our Conference Buffet Menu.  Additional tea and coffee requirements are provided at £1.00 per delegate, per serving.

  

Two course lunch:
Served within our restaurant, delegates will have a choice of main and dessert course from our Daytime menu.  This option includes 4 servings of tea and coffee served at appropriate intervals through the course of the day (normally on arrival, mid-morning, after lunch and mid-afternoon).

  

Lite Bites:
Why not kick your meeting off to a great start with our Lite Bites option where bacon sandwiches are served on arrival with tea and coffee to wash them down.  Followed by a light lunch of soup and sandwiches with another serving of tea and coffee.

Alternatively, why not mix a little business with pleasure with out Team Building/Corporate Day option:
This popular ‘Business with Pleasure’ package includes tea/coffee and a bacon sandwich on arrival, followed by your morning meeting and a light lunch of soup and sandwiches.  After lunch, delegates then move onto our beautiful golf course for 9 holes of golf.  The perfect way to finish a business meeting.
